I don't even know where the last 4 months went. The grief and loss I suffered in February when my wife passed away suddenly have weighed so heavy, I've hardly been able to even think about anything battletech related. I'm not healed or fully back, but I realize a ball has been dropped and I want to do what I can to get you back on a usable foot.

Life is hard for me right now, so very hard. That I've let everyone here down, pains me even more. Suffice it to say, I might still have access to the regular site admin panels, but when I last tried to do some maintenance a few months ago, I couldn't access the site database. Then the weight of depression dropped all over me and I'm just now realizing that this happened. My apologies to the community. I love that you all still love and enjoy what this community offers, and that feels like hope.

McRaven took the first steps to keep things going, I'm in huge debt to him for that.

I've pmed him some of the issues I had in being able to access the backend of the site. My mental state means I can't promise anything, but that's another reason I provided the above real contacts for me.

For the acting staff, if you can have McRaven PM me I can get you access to the staff forums. That part seems to still work.

I was able to get access back to the backend this morning.

I want to get us running again, even as I consider how to more tightly pull the forum/main site into a more unified experience.

Mcraven, DNA and myself actually completed a contract during this period as a 3 unit joint contract, during which DNA and myself also RPed using new start ups. We also assumed we'd be able to pick up the supplemental contract, which I have started.

Would you be able to process the 2 new units and the contract itself? Mcraven would have to do the officially contract submission though.

Yeah I probably can, might take a couple days to get it all done, but yeah.... Its weird. I felt SOOOO terrible for being away for so long. And now I just want to help anywhere I can. Fun fact, helping others, helps with grief..... its true... Just send me the particulars I need and I'll get started on it as soon as I can.

Problem now is both McRaven and DNA havent been on the forums anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Both told of RL issues of course, but did say that they'd be available.

I'll consolidate the official contract transcript first so we can cross that particular bridge first. I'd need to find out the best way to submit it though, since McRaven was the one who officially bid for it.
