Temporarily off the web

I have been trying to check in every day, in case there is a change, or conversation happening. Tried to spark up a few conversations too. I will be off the web for the next 5 to 6 days. Will check back in when I get back.

Don't see much activity happening...Am hoping we are going to get something going soon. I am going to start reading through other Mechwarrior Fan Sites, maybe I can post some things in their forums, get new blood to come here, at least take a look...Wish me luck!

Somewhat similarly, I've been reading fan fic from the Classic B-tech forums, trying to see if I can find some other like minded folks like us who'd like to create units and stories like we do. Let's hope we can find a couple who can kick start our little universe again!

I posted in Battletech.com, off topic, as well as MWO's forum. I plugged the website and shared the link, and since there are a lot of former members on there, shared the news of Tim's loss. I am looking at different unit websites now, hoping to be able to reach out to them. I am also going to try and get a few streamers I know, to drop word of our community.

So. What's going on around here these days? I am not seeing much in the way of traffic.

Rabbit, good to see you. We tried to put a mission together, a while back, but got a bad start. Without the staff's guiding hand, we floundered badly. I was in the process of mustering out, and got called back for the COVID issue. I am now in full retirement, and ready to pursue a full storyline. Just need to rebuild the infrastructure, so we can have support for the missions themselves.

Okay. So I saw Vampire respond to your posts. Is there anyone else from the Staff around? Or any other MUCOs?

DNA, Drakno and ArcticFreeze are the only ones that have been here more than once or twice. A few others have popped in, posted once, and that was that. I kept throwing out ideas, hoping to net in a few more, but so far...(crickets)

Well then... let's get something more active going. You, Vampire, and I can start something then everyone else can see that someone is indeed doing SOMETHING then they can join in as well.
