The staff is looking to update the Battletech Mercenaries website... actually create a new one from scratch. With that in mind, we are looking for feedback from our players as to the sorts of things that the players and MUCOs would like to see on the site.

Please feel free to include ideas that range from the practical to the outlandish. All ideas shall be considered with the understanding that those that won't help the game or the site will be discarded (gently) to be stored for later consideration in a Star League cache that we keep to one side for emergencies.

A 'Shopping Cart' type system at the MHB so as long as the item is available for purchase and the unit has the sufficient funds he or she can proceed with the purchase and eliminate our current bottleneck.

1. A living document/blog that contains the pronouncements of the staff for rules clarifications so that the MHB does not have to keep updating the base site to take into account small rulings.

2. Advanced search options that allow you to sort entries based on type (mech, tank, etc), tonnage and faction/availability.

Yep the DD is correct, I was referring to the Military Hardware Brokerage.

So seems what you are hoping for is some kind of sorting/filtering capability in some of the Grids. I'll keep that in mind.

Perhaps a boot camp type setting in the forums to help train or even refresh some of the nuances of the game.

Can you give an example of what you mean, Preacher ?

Basically a place for people who are new or who have been away for some time would post. Someone perhaps the recruiter or some such would setup a training mission that anyone can participate in to help teach the way things are done here as far as posting, etc.
It would contain all the parameters like a real mission except veterans could help newbies with their posting and with Mechwarrior Terminology.
