Considering it runs on a modular turret I based my c-bill calculations on the cost of the highest potential BV configuration the SRM-4.

I am going to say no on the Shen Long. While Sarna says it's production year is 3092, neither Mech Factory nor the TRO 3145 mention any year prior to 3103 for the Shen Long being seen in action.

The entry for the Planetlifter is fine. When you check Mech Factory for the Support and then Tactical Support versions, they are different. The Tactical Support uses Stealth armor and was developed in 3090 where the Support uses Standard armor and was developed in 3072. Why there is no difference in BV or cost, I am not sure.

Actually the Shen Long's date of introduction is listed as 3092 in the Master Unit List for purpose of era of availability which sarna links off of. I would guess that this means the Shen Long was introduced in 3092 but only saw serious documented combat in 3103-05 during the Victoria War since the CCAF did not appear to be involved in any major wars prior to that conflict. This theory is somewhat bolstered by mentions in its TRO 3145 writeup that the Magistracy of Canopus is also deploying the suit so it would stand to reason that the suit was being produced prior to the Victoria War if there were sufficient numbers for the suit to take part in a major war and be deployed by at least two factions.

IIRC I saw a similar thing for a while with other very similar mechs. An example; VIctor 9K vs 10L.... For a while, IC I didn't use the Stealth armor at all and acted as if it was ferro-fibrous. very small difference.
